Mother's Day Teaparty

I am on staff at my church as the children's director and recently we had a mother's day tea party. It was so fun!! The kids gave their mom's invitations the week before the event. We had tea punch and fruit punch to drink, peanut butter and jelly, cucumber, and chicken salad sandwiches, and a whole bunch of little, delicious desserts. Here are a couple of pictures.

This was the centerpiece for each table. I took a bunch of teacups and planted flowers in them. It turned out sooo cute and very cheap!! Thanks mom for the good idea.
This was the table as you walked in. A complete tea set with flowers.

One of the best things about the tea party was the fellowship everyone enjoyed. I love getting people together and watching them have a good time.
